Katriona can provide your team with on-site or remote training in equality diversity and inclusion. As someone who comes from a working-class background, who has researched and published in this area, and contributed to national policy, Katriona brings a wealth of personal and professional knowledge to this area.  

Her full-day workshop will provide insight into the systemic inequities which can in work environments and ways in which we can provide an inclusive and equitable workplace. It will also provide guidance on how to hire a more inclusive workforce- providing specific guidance on how to ensure the workplace and the recruitment process is equitable and tageting those who are the hardest to reach. 

Topics include microaggressions, ableism, intersectionality, power dynamics and anti-racism. Participants are encouraged to attend as many workshops as they can to gain new knowledge and further their understanding of ED.
